L'ultima casa prima del bosco (the last house before the forest) is a magical place, deep in the wild
nature and in the tranquillity of Maremma. It is surrounded by a large park that reaches the dense forest.
Wild Daughter, Bach, Jovian, My Hill and Peppola are 5 fantastic English thoroughbred horses that live in the estate and are available to explore the countryside*. The park also has a horse jump
in grass of 70x30 meter. Apart from the horses there are 8 nice and curious donkeys and several chickens that lay fresh eggs every day and you can take it! You will also have access to a nice
orchard and a vegetable garden that produces season vegetables, all of them strictly farmed organically. In the ranch lives also the custodian who takes care of the animals and the garden, his
wife is responsible of cleaning the houses; they live with their little daughter in an independent annexe. If you need the lady is available on request for babysitting.
There are two rural houses on the estate:
Casa Marrone: this house was obtained from the old stables of the estate, was renovated and modernized in 2008 maintaining a sober and welcoming style. Two double bedrooms with
air-conditioning, kitchen, living room, dining room, a complete bathroom and an additional outdoor shower. The french windows overlook at a fantastic porch with sofas, armchairs and comfortable
loungers, where you can enjoy the peace and the scent of the forest. From the other patio you can see the near coast of Capalbio, unmissable view during the sunset! (pics)
Casa Bianca: the house is dominated by ample spaces, 2 big rooms with double bed and one with two single beds, a studio with a sofa bed, kitchen area in the large living room,
two bathrooms with shower and outdoor hot shower; 3 large patios with a table for 12 people, two comfortable sofas and armchairs and chaise longue; all patios overlook at large lawn where seven
secular olive trees make nice shadow. (pics)

* For riding the horses requires good skills as well as signing a declaration of liability in case of accidents
